I know they say life can change in an instant, but c’mon
In the span of 24 hours it seems you can meet and/or decide you’ve met someone really special.
So a guy sends me a message on pof around 8pm last night, we trade a few emails back and forth; no red flags or dealbreakers are immediately evident. I sent him a message around 6:30 tonight to see if he wanted to make any concrete plans to meet and he tells me he met someone special.
Of course the first thing I did was to let him know that this special someone would probably prefer he then delete his internet dating profile. I honestly couldn’t tell you what his headline was last night when I looked at it, but it does currently say that he met someone special. He did not, however, delete the profile info that I read less than twenty four hours ago, nor did he add to it and say he isn’t interested in meeting anyone new.
So now the nosy part of me wants to know if this is someone he’s been dating casually for awhile? and if so, what happened last night to make him go from sending messages to other women to deciding to commit to this one person? Or, did he meet her online last night and from their conversations decide this was the person for him without having even met her?
Inquiring minds want to know. What was it that caused the flip to switch to suddenly. Still seems odd to me that he can go from sending messages to women to deciding he’s met the one in such a short time span
Now that I think about it, he can’t be too bright, considering his user name is his first initial and his last name

And he’s back. Less than a week later the relationship is over. At least he was man enough to admit he acted like a douchebag
